Clone REA1342 recognizes the human TSLPR antigen, also known as CRLF2 or IL-XR. TSLPR is a type I membrane receptor that forms a heterodimeric complex with IL-7R to bind with TSLP, that activates JAK2, STAT3, and STAT5 pathways to stimulate cell proliferation. TSLP-R is primarily expressed in myeloid cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, and weakly expressed in T cells. Expression is also found in heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver.REA1342 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
