The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.Clone REAL439 recognizes the mitochondrial import receptor subunit TOM22 homolog antigen, a single-pass membrane protein which is also known as translocase of outer membrane 22 kDa subunit homolog. TOM22 is a central receptor component of the translocase of the outer membrane of mitochondria (TOM complex) responsible for the recognition and
