StraightFrom Spleen CD90.1 MicroBead Kit was developed for rapid positive selection of CD90.1+ cells directly from mouse spleen without the need of cell counting, erythrocyte lysis or centrifugation thus minimizing hands-on time and maximizing yield of target cells. CD90.1+ cells can be directly isolated from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Dissociators in combination with enzymatic digestion and MACS Technology.
