StraightFrom Spleen CD11c MicroBead Kit was developed for rapid positive selection of CD11c+ cells directly from mouse spleen without the need of cell counting, erythrocyte lysis or centrifugation thus minimizing hands-on time and maximizing yield of target cells. CD11c+ cells can be directly isolated from mouse spleen by using the gentleMACS Dissociators in combination with enzymatic digestion and MACS Technology.
