The StainExpress T Cell Subsets Cocktail, human, simplifies and standardizes the characterization of engineered T cells using flow cytometry. It can be customized with additional liquid markers in available channels (e.g., PE and APC), including a CAR Detection Reagent of choice, to enable the specific identification of CAR T cells.The panel is optimized to assess the expansion and persistence of CD19 or BCMA CAR T cells in human peripheral blood for patient monitoring research (not for diagnostic use).
