StainExpress™ Immune Cell composition Cocktail helps standardize the flow cytometric evaluation of immune cell fractions and composition from human blood material. This pre-formulated multicolor panel is designed for immunofluorescent staining of whole blood, peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs), lysed whole blood samples, or other single-cell suspensions from human tissue, to identify human monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, and T, B, and NK lymphocyte populations as well as CD4+, CD8+, and NKT cell subsets.
