StainExpress™ CAR T Cell Transduction Cocktail provides a preformulated antibody backbone panel to simplify flow cytometric evaluation of transduction efficiency in cell manufacturing of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)+ T cells. This unified backbone panel is designed for immunofluorescent staining of cell manufacturing samples, peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs), or other lysed whole blood samples, to identify the CAR+ cells among CD3+ T cells for a CAR of choice.
