The REAplex IO Core human, FFPE panel is a pre-defined panel of 20 liquid antibody conjugates. It is designed as a standardized basis for spatial mapping of formalin-fixed-paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tumor tissue samples on the MACSima platform. The markers it contains stain key tissue structures to distinguish healthy from tumor tissue, and allow identification of tumor origin and malignancy.Key immune cell markers allow identification of tumor-invading immune cells and give information about their activity.
