The REAlease CD25 MicroBead Kit has been developed for the isolation of CD25+ cells from PBMCs. CD25, the low-affinity interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rα), is expressed on T regulatory cells as well as on activated T and B cells and monocytes.The REAlease CD25 MicroBead Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system that allows to obtain cells free of MicroBeads and REAlease Biotin Complex. CD25+ cells can be enriched by using MS or LS Columns.
