Clone 6A8.6F10.1A6 recognizes murine QA-1B, a 48 kDa non-classical MHC class Ib molecule encoded by the H2-T23 gene on chromosome 17. QA-1 associates with β2-microglobulin and its surface expression is found on activated hematopoietic cells, T cells, dendritic cells (DCs), macrophages, and neurons.
