The PSC Analysis Cocktail Kit, anti-human has been developed for the reliable identification of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) using multicolor flow cytometry. The Kit contains all pluripotency-associated markers necessary for the analysis of cultured PSCs and the surveillance of their pluripotency status. The panel design is aligned with the recommendations provided by the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) and features a free FITC-channel for compatibility with Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP)-labeled stem cell lines or for the addition of further markers of choice.
