PepTivator RSV Select is a pool of lyophilized peptides, covering important MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes of the following RSV proteins: Major surface Glyocoprotein G [P03423, O36633] , Matrix Protein [P0DOE7, O42049] , M2-1 protein [P04545], SH protein [P0DOE5], RNA-L Protein [P28887, O36635], NS1 protein [P0DOE9, O42083] and Nucleoprotein [P03418, O42053]. In vitro stimulation of antigen-specific T cells with PepTivator Peptide Pools causes the secretion of effector cytokines and the up-regulation of activation markers, which then allow the detection and isolation of antigen-specific T cells.
