PepTivator NPM1-mut, human is a pool of lyophilized peptides, covering the sequence [NCFRMTDQEAIQDL CLAVEEVSLRK] of the NPM1 protein (UniProt ID: P06748) comprising an alternative reading frame mutation (CLAVEEVSLRK) at the C-terminus of the protein.The pool is combined of 9-mer, 10-mer and 15-mer peptides of the NPM1 protein that contains at least one of the mutated reading frame amino acids at the C-terminus. Each peptide is shifted by one amino acid compared to its previous peptide.
