PepTivator® Hepatitis E Select is a peptide pool of lyophilized peptides that consists of selected MHC class I and class II restricted epitopes derived from ORF2 (UniProt ID: Q9YLQ9), ORF3 (UniProt ID: Q9YLR0) and NS1 protein (Q9YLR1) of the Hepatitis E virus genotype 3 (HEV-3), isolate Human/United States/US2.In vitro stimulation of antigen-specific T cells with PepTivator Peptide Pools causes the secretion of effector cytokines and the up-regulation of activation markers, which then allow the detection and isolation of antigen-specific T cells.
