PepTivator® Hepatitis E ORF3 is a peptide pool of lyophilized peptides that consists mainly of 15-mer sequences with an 11 amino acids (aa) overlap, covering the complete ORF3 protein sequence (UniProt ID: Q9YLR0) from Hepatitis E virus genotype 3 (HEV-3), isolate Human/United States/US2.In vitro stimulation of antigen-specific T cells with PepTivator Peptide Pools causes the secretion of effector cytokines and the up-regulation of activation markers, which then allow the detection and isolation of antigen-specific T cells.
