TLR7/8/9 antagonists consist of short single-stranded oligodeoxynucleotides. They can inhibit CpG ODN-mediated activation of TLR9 and/or activation of TLR7/8. ODN 2088 Control (ODN 2087) is a TLR7/8 antagonist, but also acts as a TLR9 antagonist control. The sequence does not form G-Tetrads.
