The MACSQuant® Tyto® Cartridge LC (large cell) has been specifically designed to facilitate sorting of large-sized cell types on the MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter, enabling the sorting of cells with diameters up to 50 μm. In addition, due to its cutting-edge microfluidic pathway, the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge LC also features inertial cell focusing to improve sorting speed and sorting performance. As in the other MACSQuant Tyto Cartridges, the patented microchip technology of the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge LC enables fluorescence-based and aerosol-free cell sorting with a fast mechanical sort valve
