MACSprep Multiple Myeloma CD138 MicroBeads have been developed for the positive selection of CD138+ cells directly from anticoagulated whole blood or bone marrow by using the autoMACS® Pro Separator or manual separators without additional density gradient centrifugation nor erythrocyte lysis. The purified CD138+ cells are well suited for further flow cytometry, functional, or molecular analysis such as FISH, PCR, sequencing, microarrays, and protein analysis.
