The MACSprep™ HLA Cell Isolation Kits allow the isolation of pure viable lymphocytes in only 20 minutes. Untouched lymphocytes can be isolated with an easy two step protocol at room temperature. The isolation is performed directly from whole blood or spleen cell suspensions and does not require a density gradient centrifugation.
