The MACSprep™ HLA B/T Cell Isolation Kit allows the isolation of pure viable lymphocytes in only 20 minutes. Untouched B and T lymphocytes can be isolated in parallel with an easy two step protocol at room temperature. The isolation is performed directly from whole blood or spleen cell suspensions and does not require a density gradient centrifugation.
