MACSprep™ CD3 and CD19 Selection Kit, human was developed for the simultaneous positive selection of CD3+ T cells and CD19+ B cells directly from whole blood. The indirect magnetic labeling allows to obtain two autologous cell populations using one MACS Column from the same whole blood sample with a plunger free protocol, where target cells are obtained with epitopes free from MicroBeads and Labeling Complexes.
