The Human Cytotoxicity Panel consists of 12 analyte-specific fluorescence-coded bead populations that can be flexibly combined for bead-based multiplexed flow cytometry. From this panel, which includes IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL17A, IL-21, GM-CSF, Granzyme B, IFN-γ, MCP-1, TNF-α, and Perforin, up to 7 analytes can be combined to design a customized MACSPlex Cytokine Mix and Match assay for quantitative measurement of soluble cytokines in human samples.
