The Human Cytokine Panel consists of 12 analyte-specific fluorescence-coded bead populations that can be flexibly combined for bead-based multiplexed flow cytometry. From this panel, which includes IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-9, IL-10, IL-12, IL-17A, GM-CSF, IFN-α, IFN-γ, and TNF-α, up to 7 analytes can be combined to design a customized MACSPlex Cytokine Mix and Match assay for quantitative measurement of soluble cytokines in human samples.
