The sort process on the MACSQuant® Tyto® Cell Sorter happens exclusively within a closed and disposable cartridge system. The MACS® GMP Tyto Cartridge was specifically developed for GMP-compliant cell sorting and therefore simplifies transfer of protocols between research and GMP settings. This allows for total flexibility in the implementation and translation of newly developed applications.
