The MACS® GMP Tyto® Running Buffer is intended as a GMP-compliant wash and transport fluid within the MACSQuant® Tyto Cartridges. It consists of two components, which need to be mixed prior to use: the MACS GMP PBS/MgCl2 Buffer (# 170-076-155) and the MACS GMP Tytonase (# 170-076-210).The MACS GMP PBS/MgCl2 Buffer is an isotonic buffer solution with a pH value of 7.4.
