The MACS® Clearing Kit enables the immunostaining and clearing of different tissues for their subsequent three dimensional (3D) imaging analysis. Specific protocols have been developed using the MACS® Clearing Kit for the easy, fast and effective immunostaining and clearing of different tissues, such as mouse brain hemispheres, cerebral organoids, and human tumors. After clearing, tissues can be analyzed using different microscopy systems, such as light sheet fluorescence microscopy, confocal or two-photon microscopy.
