The Lineage Cell Depletion Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system for the depletion of mature hematopoietic cells such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, granulocytes, erythroid cells, and their committed precursors from bone marrow aspirate, cord blood, or mobilized leukapheresis product. The depletion of lineage-committed cells results in the enrichment of untouched stem and progenitor cells.
