IgG1 Antibody, anti-rat, VioBlue®

Clone RG11/39.2 recognizes the Fc region of the IgG1 subclass of rat immunoglobulins. Other subclasses are not detected. The antibody is suited for the flow cytometric analysis of rat B cells expressing surface IgG1, for example, memory B cells. The antibody can further be used for the indirect immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with primary rat antibodies of IgG1 isotype.
