抗人 ZC3HC1 抗体对

01AB03919

Zinc finger C3HC-type protein 1 (ZC3HC1), also known as Nuclear-interacting partner of ALK (NIPA), is a ubiquitously expressed protein that functions as a skp1 cullin F-box (SCF)-type ubiquitin E3 ligase complex protein. It contains a C3HC-type zinc finger domain and an F-box-like region, which facilitate its interaction with DNA and other proteins, respectively. ZC3HC1 plays a crucial role in regulating entry into mitosis by modulating the cell cycle. Dysregulation of ZC3HC1 has been associated with various diseases, particularly cardiovascular disorders. For instance, the ZC3HC1 gene contains one of 27 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) linked to an increased risk of coronary artery disease. Additionally, altered expression of ZC3HC1 has been observed in certain types of cancer, suggesting its potential involvement in tumor progression.
