抗人 PITPNC1 抗体对

01AB02005

Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein cytoplasmic 1 (PITPNC1) is a cytoplasmic protein encoded by the PITPNC1 gene, belonging to the phosphatidylinositol transfer protein family and primarily involved in lipid metabolism and cell signaling by facilitating the transfer of phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidic acid between membrane compartments. PITPNC1 exists in multiple isoforms due to alternative splicing, with distinct C-terminal extensions influencing its lipid transfer activity; compared to Class I PITPs, PITPNC1 exhibits lower phosphatidylinositol transfer activity and uniquely binds phosphatidic acid, especially upon phospholipase D activation. Functionally, PITPNC1 activates pathways related to cell adhesion and immune receptor signaling while inhibiting RNA metabolism pathways. Clinically, reduced PITPNC1 expression has been observed in prostate cancer tissues, correlating with earlier biochemical recurrence, decreased overall survival, and higher TP53 mutation frequency; lower PITPNC1 levels also predict poorer immunotherapy outcomes and identify patients who may benefit from targeted therapies such as Rucaparib.
