人 FOLR3 抗体对

01AB01695

Folate receptor gamma (FOLR3) is a secreted glycoprotein member of the high-affinity folate receptor family. Unlike other family members that are membrane-anchored, FOLR3 lacks a functional glycosylphosphatidylinositol attachment signal and is constitutively released from hematopoietic tissues such as the bone marrow and spleen. It binds folic acid and reduced folate derivatives with high affinity, mediating the cellular delivery of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Clinically, FOLR3 is utilized as a biomarker in hematopoietic malignancies and lung cancer, where its expression and methylation status are often altered. Additionally, secreted FOLR3 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), where it acts to amplify TGF-beta signaling in hepatic stellate cells, thereby driving the progression of liver fibrosis.
