抗人 ANGPTL2 抗体对

01AB00718

Angiopoietin like 2 (ANGPTL2) is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the angiopoietin-like family. It contains an N-terminal coiled-coil domain and a C-terminal fibrinogen-like domain. ANGPTL2 is widely expressed in various tissues and plays roles in angiogenesis, tissue repair, and hematopoietic stem cell survival. It functions through autocrine and paracrine mechanisms, promoting endothelial cell sprouting and migration. ANGPTL2 also enhances the expansion of hematopoietic stem cells. The protein's receptor has been identified as LILRB2, with both domains required for optimal binding. In pathological conditions, elevated ANGPTL2 levels are associated with chronic inflammation, obesity, and insulin resistance. It contributes to the development of metabolic diseases, atherosclerosis, and various cancers. ANGPTL2 has been implicated in promoting tumor progression and metastasis, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for multiple chronic diseases.
