Clone REA1173 recognizes the α3 domain of H-2Dd MHC class I alloantigen, which plays a role in antigen presentation. H-2Dd is expressed on nucleated cells from mice with the H-2Dd haplotype and does not interact with other haplotypes, e.g., H-2Db, f, k, p, q, r, or s.Additional information: Clone REA1173 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
