The FFPE Tissue Dissociation Kit for RNA Profiling is specifically developed for the efficient and rapid isolation of nuclei from FFPE tissue for subsequent analysis using RNA sequencing, e.g. the 10x Genomics’ “Chromium Fixed RNA Profiling” assay.The FFPE Tissue Dissociation Kit enables gentle, rapid, and effective generation of single-cell suspensions from human FFPE tissue sections. Single-cell suspensions can subsequently be used for isolation of carcinoma cells, flow cytometry, or molecular analysis such as bulk DNA sequencing.
