Clone REA329 recognizes the human dendritic cell immunoreceptor (DCIR) antigen, a single-pass type II membrane protein with a single carbohydrate recognition domain which is also known as C-type lectin domain family 4 member A (CLEC4A) or lectin-like immunoreceptor (LLIR). DCIR is expressed on dendritic cells (DCs), monocytes, macrophages, B lymphocytes, and granulocytes, but not detected on NK and T cells.
