Clone REA365 recognizes the mouse C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 9 (CXCL9) antigen, a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also known as Monokine induced by interferon γ (MIG). CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant, which is induced by IFN-γ during infection, injury or immunoinflammatory responses in macrophages, hepatocytes, and endothelial cells.
