Colon TumorMACS Medium is an optimized serum-free cell culture medium for the cultivation and expansion of tumor cells from primary and xenotransplanted colorectal tumors. It enables the establishment of new cell lines from freshly dissociated tumor tissue. The medium supports the transition of tumor cells into physiologically relevant 3D culture formats, including organoids and tumoroids.
