Clone 4FR6D3 recognizes the human CD334 antigen, known as fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4) which is a member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor family. This cell surface tyrosine kinase is a high affinity receptor for both acidic and basic fibroblast growth factor.
