Clone REA194 recognizes CD318, a type I transmembrane protein which is also known as CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) or SIMA135. CD318 has an approximate molecular weight of 93 kDa and contains an extracellular domain with three regions with low homology to complement protein subcomponents C1r/C1s, urchin embryonic growth factor, and bone morphogenetic protein 1 (CUB) domains.
