Clone REA208 recognizes CD182 (CXCR2), which belongs to the class of chemokine receptors specific for CXC chemokines. Chemokine receptors are G-coupled protein receptors (GPCR) with seven-transmembrane domains and consist of an α-subunit and a βγ-complex.
