Clone REA962 recognizes the mouse CD137L antigen, a single-pass type II membrane protein also known as 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) or tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9 (Tnfsf9). CD137L is expressed on activated antigen-presenting cells and plays an essential role in regulating adaptive immune responses.
