Clone REA1182 recognizes the mouse CD107b antigen, a highly glycosylated 110 kDa single-pass type I membrane protein also known as lysosome-associated membrane protein-2 (LAMP-2) or Mac-3 antigen. It is widely located in lysosomal membranes and the plasma membrane of macrophages and some myeloid cell lines.
