The CAR Antibody (Whitlow/218 Linker), REAfinity™ detects transduced T cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that incorporate the Whitlow/218 linker peptide, a common structural motif in CAR designs. This enables recognition of a broad range of CAR constructs, independent of antigen specificity, by targeting the linker region.Its mutated human IgG1 Fc region prevents Fcγ receptor binding, ensuring background-free analysis without the need for additional FcR blocking steps.
