Clone REA392 recognizes the mouse B7-H4 antigen, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) linked protein which is also known as V-set domain containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1 (Vtcn1). The B7 family of T cell costimulatory and coinhibitory molecules plays a pivotal role in the regulation of adaptive immune responses.
