Clone REA1329 recognizes human B7-H4, a member of the B7 family of costimulatory proteins which is also known as VTCN1 (V-set domain-containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1). Expression of B7-H4 is found on antigen-presenting cells, that includes activated T and B cells, monocytes and dendritic cells. Overexpression is found in different cancers, including breast, ovarian, endometrial, renal cell (RCC) and non-small-cell lung cancers (NSCLC). B7-H4 functions as an immune checkpoint molecule. Additional information: Clone REA1329 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
