抗 TRIM47 磁珠

02AB00136

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM47 (TRIM47) is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, characterized by its RING finger domain, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS). TRIM47 is involved in mediating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of various target proteins, thereby influencing cellular processes such as inflammation, synapse formation, and tumor progression. In the nervous system, TRIM47 is expressed in the hippocampus during synapse formation and is regulated by neuronal activity, particularly through NMDA receptor activation. Notably, TRIM47 has been implicated in the regulation of glioma cell proliferation and migration, as well as in pancreatic cancer progression. Furthermore, TRIM47 is upregulated during endothelial activation, contributing to inflammatory responses in conditions such as sepsis-induced acute lung injury by promoting K63-linked ubiquitination of TRAF2, thus activating NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways.
