Anti SSEA-1 (CD15) MicroBeads are the first product to allow magnetic cell separation based on the expression of SSEA-1. In less than an hour, it is possible toseparate pluripotent mouse ES or iPS cells from heterogeneous cultures, e.g. to eliminate feeder cells, enrich reprogrammed mouse iPS cells, deplete unwanted pluripotent cells from ES or iPS cell-derived differentiation cultures, deplete human ES or iPS cells that have undergone spontaneous differentiation.
