抗 PML 磁珠

02AB00104

Promyelocytic leukemia protein (PML) is a tumor suppressor protein that plays a crucial role in regulating cellular processes such as cell cycle progression, apoptosis, senescence, and DNA repair. PML forms subnuclear structures called PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs) that serve as platforms for the recruitment and regulation of various proteins involved in these pathways. Disruption of PML function, often due to chromosomal translocations or downregulation, is frequently observed in cancer cells and is associated with increased cell survival, proliferation, and genomic instability. PML inactivation can occur at transcriptional, translational, or post-translational levels, leading to dysregulation of tumor suppressive pathways, particularly those involving p53. Understanding the regulation of PML and its role in tumor suppression may provide potential therapeutic opportunities for treating PML-related diseases.
