抗 MAGEA3 磁珠

02AB00117

MAGEA3 is a cancer/testis antigen primarily expressed in testicular germ cells and various cancer types, including gastric cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. While its normal function remains largely unknown, MAGEA3 overexpression in tumors is associated with poor prognosis and increased metastasis. MAGEA3 expression correlates with immune cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment, potentially affecting the efficacy of immunotherapies. High MAGEA3 expression is linked to immune suppression in gastric cancer and negatively correlates with infiltration of CD8+ T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells in lung adenocarcinoma. Due to its tumor-specific expression and immunogenicity, MAGEA3 is considered a promising target for cancer immunotherapy, including cancer vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies. However, its role in tumor progression and immune evasion requires further investigation to fully exploit its potential as a therapeutic target.
