抗 AREL1 磁珠

02AB00106

The AREL1 gene encodes the apoptosis-resistant E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1, a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, protein ubiquitination, and cellular processes. It is a member of the HECT-type E3 ubiquitin transferase family and is involved in the ubiquitination of various proteins, including SEPTIN4, DIABLO/SMAC, and HTRA2. The AREL1 protein is also known to modulate pulmonary inflammation by targeting SOCS2 for ubiquitination and subsequent degradation by the proteasome. Mutations in the AREL1 gene have been associated with endometrial cancer and colorectal cancer, as well as hereditary nonpolyposis type 7. The gene is expressed in various tissues, including the brain, liver, and immune cells, and is involved in the regulation of multiple cellular processes.
